Moments in time is where you capture moments in different ways
Some examples from different photographers are below
David Hilliard - American photographer born in 1964. fine arts photographer who stages some of his images. he draws inspiration from people around him.
This is my favorite image because I like the look of the place and it makes me want to go there. David has created one image out of three separate images . this image is artistic
Ray Demski- grew up in Canada. traveled the world and took lots of photos. he became a professional photographer focusing on action and adventure.
I like this shot because it shows the action of the motorbike spinning through the air and they got a sense of balance. I think this is a clone shoot
Henri Cartier-Bresson - born in 1908 and died in 2004. he pioneered the genre of street photography.
I like this one because it is black and white. They used a medium depth of field and a fast shutter speed.
My plan is to create a moments in time image using clone edits, similar to this image by Demski
Practice Shoot
This is my worst image because I used a shutter speed that was too slow. I didn't capture enough bubbles.
This is my best image because you can see it is in focus. I used a fast shutter speed 1/40, aperture F5.6 and a shallow depth of field.
for these images I used continuous shooting
Doing this practice shoot allowed me to practice taking photos of moving images.
photo-shoot 1 (home)
This is my worst image because it is not in focus. This image is of an old kitchen from the olden days.
I used a fast shutter speed and a medium depth of field.
This is my best image because it is in focus. I used a large depth of field to capture Liverpool docks. natural lighting is good and the clouds with blue sky make it look inviting.
how I edited an image
edits from photo-shoot 1
photo-shoot 2
First I am practicing taking photos of something moving through the air. For this I used a cuddly toy.
Photo-shoot 3 for this shoot I practiced capturing a moving person. It was difficult to capture a clear image and to get everything in shot.
This is my worst image because it is over exposed, not in focus and the subject is cut off.
This is my best image because it is in focus and the shutter speed and aperture are correct what I needed.
